Heather Exner-Pirot is the Managing Editor of the Arctic Yearbook, a Research Fellow with the EU Arctic Forum, and a member of the Board of Advisors for the Arctic Institute. She is currently a Strategist for Outreach and Indigenous Engagement at the University of Saskatchewan.
