Salmon Farming Increases in Iceland

Two companies in Eastern Iceland are preparing to expand their salmon farming activities, Nora Region Trends reports.

Both companies - Fiskeldur Austurlands and Laxar fiskeldi - are currently preparing to have their environmental impact assessment carried out so as to determine the ways in which expanded operations may affect the area.
